Built from community, for community
PRC Integrated Care Services was founded on the belief that every family deserves a stable foundation — and that stability requires more than shelter alone.
A continuum of care, not a single intervention
PRC Integrated Care Services began as a small housing navigation program serving families in Maricopa County who had exhausted every other option. What we learned quickly was that housing alone — without financial guidance, health support, and employment pathways — rarely holds.
Over the years, we built the programs that the families we served kept asking for: credit counseling, case management, community health workers, career coaching, and a structured path to homeownership. Today, PRC operates eight integrated programs under one roof.
We are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit headquartered in Phoenix, serving families across Arizona's Maricopa County and beyond. Our staff come from the communities we serve — and many of our longest-tenured team members began as clients.
What drives every decision we make
Dignity First
Every person who walks through our doors is treated as capable, whole, and worthy of respect — not as a case number or a problem to be solved.
Integrated Support
We address the full picture of a family's situation — housing, finances, health, employment — because a single intervention rarely produces lasting change.
Community Rooted
Our staff live in the neighborhoods we serve, speak the languages our clients speak, and understand the systems our clients must navigate.
Accountable Outcomes
We measure what we do, publish what we learn, and hold ourselves to the same standard of follow-through that we ask of the families in our programs.
