Housing
Section 8 Housing Choice Vouchers
AZ Dept. of Housing
PRC navigates ADOH's Housing Choice Voucher program — helping clients apply, maintain eligibility, and
find participating landlords in Maricopa County.
Our case managers screen for and enroll eligible clients in SNAP, TANF, LIHEAP, and child care
assistance through the Arizona Department of Economic Security.
Arizona's most-used DPA program provides up to 5% of the loan amount for down payment and closing
costs. PRC counselors guide clients from eligibility through closing.
PRC connects clients to Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) funded training, job
placement, and supportive services through the Arizona@Work system.
